The staff was fantastic in assisting me with a booking issue, and even went out of their way to give me a room that was a nice upgrade from the one I had reserved. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quaint, historical “vibe”, and centrally located in downtown."

"Hotel Bo is a great location to get to everything Chattanooga downtown has to offer. You can walk to most but there is also a free electric shuttle going by every 15 minutes so you don't have to deal with parking. I was staying for an event on the Riverfront and walked down both days."
