Staff all very friendly. Room was lovely. Just a pity the weather was awful during our stay

Everything was spot on. Clean, comfortable and the food was excellent. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Shout out to the new girls , excellent people skills.

Friendly staff, excellent space in our room and very central area to stay

Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms comfortable and clean

Room #113 Location is amazing. Hotel parking was worth the hassle free parking for $12:50 Cecelia's knowledge at reception about what to do and where to go was legendary. Apartment was extremely well supplied with all you need when away from home including washer and dryer. Room was private but also the privacy blinds were great. All in all a 1st Class stay and we would book here again without any doubts... Keep up the good work.

Lovely accommodation with a high quality finish, great facilities with excellent modern bathroom to complement the high standard of the rest of the property

The location was perfect for us at the heart of the street art circuit. I liked the 'local' NZ feel of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great choice for breakfast.

Good hotel, easy walk to centre, high floor room very good, complimentary breakfast hot cold buffet .All very good.
