Lovely hotel.

One of the best apartment we have stayed in. Fantastic location over looking the ocean. Could hear the waves in the apartment. The view was amazing. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. parking underneath the apartment was good. Apartment was lovely decorated and fully equipped. Would highly recommend *****

Beautiful arts and crafts old house, with easy parking. Large, well appointed room with a terrace and views. Lovely breakfast and helpful staff. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

The location was perfect for us at the heart of the street art circuit. I liked the 'local' NZ feel of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great choice for breakfast.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really lovely owners who provided a warm welcome and were very accommodating when our plans had to change last minute due to flight cancellations. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a play park which was perfect for a family with young children. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy check in with a friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities catered for. About a 10 minute walk to shops. Could hear traffic noise but not so much as it disturbed our sleep.

The Host John was wonderful, full of stories and advice to make our visit to his area and overall NZ more remarkable The overall place and facilities cannot be bettered

Friendly staff, excellent space in our room and very central area to stay

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The room was big and very comfortable. It also had a washing machine and tumble dryer which was great for us as we had been travelling around the South Island for a week and had a caseful of dirty clothes! Highly recommended.

Room spacious, modern and very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Big, comfortable bed. Lovely jacuzzi, relaxing after busy day. Staff very helpful and friendly. All together very enjoyable stay.

We were really surprised how lovely the hotel was. Sometimes these “boutique” hotels don’t work for me but this was just lovely. Nice big room and great location. Dunedin is such a great place to visit too.

From initial contact to check out, our host Shelley was fantastic. The apartment itself far exceeded our expectation from it's design features, high standard of build and absolutely fully equipped. Everything we needed was there including complimentary dish soap, coffee, tea, milk, laundry tablets, utensils, dishcloths, everything. We could have moved in! Parking is much simpler than expected with free 24 hour parking within a few metres of the property but even during working hours, two hours...

Property in a very good location and fairly easy on street parking (at a cost). The room in the attic was nicely finished but (as we were warned) had no windows and just a skylight which did feel a little claustrophobic. It also had the smallest fridge I have ever seen - could have done with something larger (there was the room for one)
