"Stayed for 2 nights while decorating son’s flat. Ideal location but has car parking (£10 per night). Rooms good and breakfast is a buffet so you can have as little or as much as you want."

"The staff are incredible, loyal, friendly, and like family. I cannot fault Staybridge suites always very clean very modern very good value and they even do a social evening during the week with free food and drink for an hour. It is like returning home and I always look forward to staying."

"We loved our stay at The Clarendon! The ambience was very cool as were the furnishings and the nicely appointed and unique features. Very comfortable room and bed with high ceilings and nice inclusions. Would have liked to extend our stay but not enough time unfortunately."

"Great little spot for a quiet night away, as it’s the start of the season there was evidently still work going on around the hotel, however still very quiet. The staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful if they tried, very laid back and friendly. Great value for money. The heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are great. Local shop across the road sells most things. We did have to order a takeaway in the evening, however staff provided plates ect to eat it. As far as I gather they are working on having lunch and evening meals in the near future. They do have a bakery stand that has pies & cakes ect in the bar area which I seen freshly delivered in the morning. The breakfast was made to order & they had a menu with a variety of hot foods eg. Bacon, tattie scone, haggis, veggie breakfasts, kids breakfast, cereals & eggs cooks how you like. We where pleasantly surprised instead of the usual continental as stated on booking. Quality ingredients. Would definitely visit again. "
