Had a perfect stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. Juveria, the owner, was lovely and couldn't be more accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The window opened fully, which was a real bonus! Lots of buses into town but a lovely 10 minute walk, passing lots of independent shops en route. Very comfortable and clean.

Not so good - floor underneath bed was filthy, clearly not been hoovered for ages. Everywhere else spotless. Some aspects of room needed refreshing, as in paintwork, some curtain hooks missing, grouting around bath, and enamel chips in bath.

Lots to see in Dundee

This is a lovely hotel. I was made welcome and parking was fine (which can be important). I was given a double room even though I had booked a single, which was a nice touch. Walkable to the centre and lots to see. I visited the Discovery centre and Verdant works. Ran out of time for the V & A museum. I was pleasantly surprised with Dundee and would go back.
