The room was clean with panoramic ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Supermarket aprox 500 to 600 m away. Elevation very high, long walk or very long steep stairs to reach sealevel.

DO NOT STAY HERE - OWNER WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP

Our trip was totally ruined by the owner of this property and the condition of the room. We stayed in apartment 8. When we arrived we immediately felt the whole apartment was hot. We asked about the aircon and the lady that greeted us said it was on and to wait for the room to cool down. We waited 5 hours and the room was still like a sauna. We asked again and they said it was aircon and it was fine. After the first sleepless night we then asked again the next day for the aircon to be fixed (we guessed the filter needed changing) the owner called Peter was very aggressive when we asked for the aircon to be fixed saying it was fine, he never had any complaints, we should be great full because we have a beautiful view and that we were lying and no one would believe us that the aircon was broken. We asked for him to provide a fan so we could sleep and be comfortable and he said even if he wanted to he wouldn’t. He got up in our faces and had me in tears. He said he would look at the aircon at some point. Yet another sleepless night (I had to sleep on the balcony as the heat was making me unwell and I got bitten alot). We advised Peter we called hotels.com and they were moving us to a new hotel and would get a refund for us… a few hours later the aircon was fixed (it was the filter) We also asked for more toilet roll and he refused to give us any. I cannot express enough how horrible this owner is and how he ruined our holiday. Hotels.com need to remove this property!

Lägenheten var väldigt fin och i bra skick med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Många trappor för att komma till lägenheten vilket blir väldigt jobbigt med tungt med bagage. Personalen hade väldigt tråkig attityd och var inte hjälpsam överhuvudtaget. Försökte avnjuta en middag på balkongen men behövde då lyssna på ett bråk personalen hade med andra gäster. Riktigt tråkigt då boendet är fint.

Great apartment with a sea view

We were welcomed to the property for our 4 night stay. The studio apartment was modern and comfortable. The local area was peaceful, 5 minutes walk down the hill to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop taking you to Dubrovnik old town. We had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of hot water, a good shower, very comfortable bed and sofa, great Wi-Fi connection and best of all a balcony with an awesome view of sunset beach in Lapad. The view can be seen from the bed, a lovely thing to wake up to when you open the blinds in the morning. We prepared our own breakfast in the apartment, so the fridge and crockery was very handy. We sat and ate breakfast on the balcony every morning and had drinks there in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Friendly helpful hosts, told us about the buses into the old town etc and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Quiet location up the hill above Lapad beach, with nice view.
