Fantastic service and beautiful room

Had an amazing stay here in Dubrovnik. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful checking us in, supported us with an early check-in, and gave us a lot of details of things to see while we were in the area. The room was neat! Very well maintained and clean, and pretty stylish. Location could not be better.

Great location, really clean and clear instructions for a late night check in. We stayed for 5 days/nights and had to request new towels, it would have been better if these were provided as part of the service. We also requested for the room to be serviced but this was denied as it was described as self-catering. One of us found the bed comfortable, the other found it uncomfortable.

Basic clean room in old town

Great location in the old town- quiet and accessible … no stairs to the hotel which is great ! Basic room with cute decoration, no room service or no shampoo/ soap etc provided so make sure you bring your own. Have to clear your own rubbish (which is surprising to me!) . Make sure you have macho man to carry luggage to your room (only stairs) !

Very conveniently located. We got an Uber from the ferry terminal to the Pile Gate and then rolled our suitcases through the Old City right to the hotel, and it wasn’t too bad. The only thing is that they don’t have an elevator so you will have to carry your bag up the stairs, which could be 2-4 sets depending on which floor you are on. But the hotel and staff were great! They also mailed back my fiancé’s phone which we forgot there. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved this place. Hotel people and driver waited several hours to pick me up and let me in my room, due to a weather flight delay.Nice, friendly, professional. Nice room, great location. I do want to point out that the European idea of a first floor apt is different from an Americans. My first floor apt was reached by a set of stairs, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved my stay at Art Home Arthur. Although I had a positive impression based on guest reviews and the photos, I was even more impressed in person. The property is very clean, nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. There’s even a restaurant a few feet from the hotel. Entrance to Pile Gate, as well as, the city walls walk is a few minutes walk. The staff are helpful and pleasant. I took the airport shuttle (15 euros return) to Ploce Gate and walked to the hotel which took less than 10 minutes and easy with a carry-on luggage as there are no stairs walking along Stradun to the hotel. However, the return trip to the airport by shuttle could be challenging for some, especially those with large or multiple luggages as it is uphill and in a different location than the drop off to the Old Town from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Was surprised that there was no housekeeping service. Two woman staying in a room with long hair makes a bathroom floor an area you would like vacuumed. In the room there were instructions that fresh towels are only provided after five nights of stay. We stayed four. Location was great. Room was modern and decorated nicely. Sheets, pillows, covers and towels were terrible. The fitted sheets did not stay on the mattress and would wake up every morning with the mattress exposed. The comforter was short and barely covered the bed. Bed and the one pillow provided was not very comfortable. I did love the location.

Room was lovely - compact but really nicely kitted out and well provisioned. Location is excellent as it's on the same level as the Stradun so no lugging luggage up stairs to get to the other levels of the city. Really close to numerous food options and activities. Staff were very helpful in sourcing decaf coffee for us - much appreciated!

Lovely apartment in old town Dubrovnik. Best think about it the lack of steps (only internal stairs to be climbed). Everything you need is close at hand. And the receptionists are full of local experience and recommendations

The hotel is located on a flat level in the old town. It was easily accessible with luggage. It is walkable to all sites. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The amenities within the room itself were great. I felt as being at home. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very well located in the old town. Although it is close to all the action, the area where the hotel is located is relatively quiet at night. The hotel is small with lots of character. The room was a good size and very clean. Nice decor which complements the character of the building. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Great little gem in the heart of Old Town Dubrovni

I traveled my way down the Croatian coast with Dubrovnik as my last stop. The staff at the hotel werevery friendly and accommodating. They help carry my monster suitcase up the stairs and allowed me to store after check out on my last day as.my ferry to Italy was very late in the day.
