Ideal for family or group with car

The apartment is spacious but for solo traveler like me and with my age, 53, the need to climb 200 steps of narrow alley from the reception area is not ok. The apartment set up is ideal for those in family or bug group with own car. Otherwise, getting to and from the apartment is really strenuous. But kudos to the staff of Dominium Travel for service.

En general bien, un excelente piso y bien amoblado, con todo lo necesario. A mejorar la asistencia en la llegada ya que es demasiado complicado encontrar no ya la dirección sino la puerta de cada apartamento (le sucedió a todos los "vecinos" con los que hablé. No obstante lo peor fue el interés en cobrarme un plus por limpieza cuando no estaba estipulado en ningún punto del contrato. Me molestaron con ello desde antes de llegar hasta que ya estaba en el segundo aeropuerto de viaje a casa. Realmente de muy bajo nivel.

Mi experiencia ha sido buena. El apartamento está muy limpio, ordenado, tiene un estilo muy bonito y tiene una ubicación muy buena (10 minutos andando del centro). El único inconveniente es que faltaban algunos estris de cocina y habían algunas cosas en mal estado, como la vitro que no iba muy bien. También es imposible para aparcar y te tienes que buscar la vida.

Appartement avec vue mais loin de tout.

Avant tout, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, alors que sur le site, cela apparaissait comme compris. Et la 1ère superette est loin. Appartement très haut dans la ville, à 105 m d'altitude. C'est haut avec les valises, surtout que pour monter, ce sont surtout des escaliers. Belle vue de l'appartement. Terrasse agréable. Mais pas d'accueil, de conseils. On récupère la clé dans un boîtier à code, et pendant les 3 jours on n'a vu personne. Tout n'est pas si propre malgré les 15€ qu'il faut payer en plus pour le ménage. Lave vaisselle bouché, et qui n'est pas adapté aux assiettes fournies. Les pales ne peuvent pas tourner. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine. Dans la salle de bain, lave linge bien pratique, mais lavabo bouché. Le canapé lit est dans un état moyen, on n'a pas pu l'utiliser comme lit. Consigne à bagages à l'agence (rue Trogirska, à 5 minutes).

The property is less than a mile from the old town Ploce gate. Going to the old town is ok but gong back its hard for people who are not physically fit as goong back with loads of stairs more than 500 steps uphill. Our apartment had terrace but with no view unlike some with a excellent view of the aegean sea.

Confusing check in but great room.

Great room, check in and check out is confusing. You have to pick up and drop off the keys at their office. Wifi was good. Would not recommend if you're an older couple since you will have to take a lot of stairs to get to old town which is about a 20 minute walk.

Do your research

The room did not have the seaview as expected. The sofa bed is a very hard sleep so we had to use the blankets to soften the experience. There was a dreadful sewer smell for the first 3 days we were there until they finally sent in a professional and it was fixed, however the agents do not keep you updated at all with whats going on. No feedback on the problem that caused the smaell, when we requested an iron - it never came and no one called us to update us as to why? The best thing was the morning breakfast delivery of a fresh loaf of bread with cheese, polony, jam and honey and a litre of long life milk. They included a piece of fruit and a small fruit juice as well. The kitchen sink is not connected to a hotwater source, neither does it have a plug, and it seems a waste to have to use the dishwasher for 2 persons breakfast dishes!

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement dominant la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. L'avantage de son emplacement lorsqu'on est en voiture est qu'il permet d'éviter les embouteillages du centre de la ville. Avec le pass Dubrovnik, il est possible d'emprunter les bus de la ville ce qui est fort pratique compte tenu du dénivelé avec la vieille ville.

Great Location

This place is a great location for the price! It is walking distance to the old city, but there are a lot of stairs involved! The sofa bed is not very comfortable but everything else was great! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice appartment, handled very professionaly

We were actually upgraded to a different apartment which turned out great. A little too far, but we walked down OK, and took an Uber back up the hill. They offered great service and nice breakfast items delivered, which is quite convenient

Good place to stay

Good apartment. Car parking can be tight. It is a good climb uphill to get to the Apartment from the Old City. Sea view is spectacular from the bedroom and balcony. No nearby shops/restaurants. Easy to go down the steps to the Old city but it is good uphill climb returning back. Beware. Taxi fare from Old city can be expensive. Apartment was not cleaned during my 3 days stay. Need a car to stay in this apartment.

Firstly they wouldn't accept credit card payments. The apartment was full of ants everywhere, toilet had no seat and was broken, kettle didn't work, the kitchen smelt horrible, dirty washing in the washing machine and lastly no dish clothes. The apartment was nice within its fitting and bed however the couch was very uncomfortable. Maybe the cleaners had a bad day but it wasn't somewhere we would recommend. You need a scooter as it's too far to walk. The breakfast was a good touch though

두브로브니크공항셔틀타고 pile gate 에 내린 후 숙소까지는 택시 이용. 버스정거장에서 숙소까지의 거리는 400~ 500미터지만 게단이 많아 짐 없이도 걸어 올라가기는 매우 힘듬. 대략의 도착 시간을 알려주거나 공항셔틀 출발시 전화를 하면 호텔직원이 차로 픽업을 해줌. 구시가지로 걸어 내려오는 길은 아름답고 가깝게 느껴짐. 두브로브니크 카드를 샀다면 버스가 무료이니 3번 혹은 3A버스를 타고 숙소로 가도 됨 (좀 돌긴 하나 시내를 구경할 수 있음) 숙소는 깨끗하고 조리시설 전자레인지 등이 구비되어 편리했으나 수건이 덜 마른 듯한 느낌이 있었으며 쇼파베드가 불편했음. 1층이라 그런지 작은 개미들도 보임

숙소는 산위쪽에 있어 밑에 있는 성을 가기 위해서는 계단을 많이 오르락 내리락 해야 했다. 그리고 파킹할 장소가 협소했다.

This apartment could be so good!

The good things breakfast provisions were excellent , the rest not so good. Not enough comunication on how the breakfast was being delivered, there was no coffee, tea or sugar to have a drink if you arrived late at night when no stores were open, lack of directions, no plug in the sink to wash your dishes, no notes on where you can leave your rubbish. Our apartment was set up for 4 people, I was emailing company on whether we had the right apartment, did not get an email until after midnight. It was an awful start to our stay.
