(Expedia Itinerary: 72073353137118) On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee. Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please review my cancellation record with Expedia and refund the overcharged portion as soon as possible. "The Hotel is nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was really nice with varieties of choices. Amenities were nice, even though the gym could be a bit bigger. "

"The air-conditioning that can be heard very loud in the reception lobby can be heard even louder in the room all through the night, it sounded like the road was being dug up by jackhamners. Also in room 310 we heard the lift announcements all through the night "level 5 doors opening, "doors closing", not a good night sleep."

"Gym is nice. Generally all is good. Breakfast is excellent if you want to have something healthy. Staff is very good and friendly. The location is great. You can go to the keba hub across the street if you want an affordable meal. "
