The carpets was smelly and the toilet bowls not clean properly. The WiFi only active at the first floor. I was at the second floor. And also the reception counter man was always not answering the phone. And my husband the one need to go downstairs and ask for help or needs some things frm house keeping.. "Great hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Was very helpful and accommodating when I extended me and my family’s stay and accidentally booked for just for myself."

"お部屋はとても広くて清潔で、朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです。 ただ、シャワールームの排水に問題があり、シャワーを浴びるたびに大変なことになります。 シャワールームが扉などで区切られていないため、隣接しているトイレや洗面台が水浸しになります。 あまりにも酷かったのでシャワーを浴びた後に清掃してもらいました。 もう一つの課題として、開業して間もないのかオペレーションに少し問題があるように感じました。 フロントデスクではチェックイン時に時間がかかったり、朝7時頃に「あなたの名前を教えてほしい」と2回もフロントから電話がかかってきて起こされました。 シャワールームの排水とオペレーションのみ改善できれば、とても素晴らしいホテルになると思います。"
