Such a great property - difficult to find any fault. Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely gifts when we arrived and left, free laundry service, complimentary massage, fantastic restaurant, beautiful room. Puts virtually any 5 star hotel to shame.

This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful, and from the welcoming drinks to the free massage, throughout the stay they did everything possible to make our time there pleasant. Breakfast was amazing and served on your balcony at the time set by you. The staff were phenomenal, you started walking towards the sun beds and they were running over with towels and pillows. We were spoilt in the day with treats liked chopped fruit. We were picked up by a the driver who also was our tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. Amazing, attentive service from a staff that genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. They go the extra mile - cold towels whenever you arrive back; water, fruit and cold towels at the pools; free mobile phone; free tut-tut service; they even got my sunglasses repaired. Modern, comfortable rooms; lovely pools; great cooked-to-order breakfast.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat. The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. Five stars all round, friendly helpful staff, big, well kept, and clean rooms (I had one of the poolside rooms), they didn't put a foot wrong, and the driver and guide they arranged for me for me did a great job. One small niggle - and it really it is nit-picking - it is just far enough out from the central area to need a tuk-tuk back at night, and being a new hotel a lot of the drivers don't know where it is. Every so often, I come across somewhere a bit special, this was one of those.

We loved every moment of our stay at this beautiful secluded paradise on earth. The hotel is very impressive designed and we were stunning at our first arrival. The location is more than perfect of only several minutes to main town and hotel provided us free transport Tuktuk in the evening.
