"From check-in to check-out, everything was terrific. We were warmly greeted by Ben upon arrival (welcome drink and fresh fruit were wonderful after our 6 hour bus trip), and upgraded to a suite. The room was great - spacious and clean. The hotel was in easy walking distance to pub street, the river and lots of dining options. The pool was wonderful, complete with happy hour drinks. Breakfast was solid with a combination of western/asian options and excellent cappuccinos. Stayed 4 nights and will absolutely stay again if we return! "

"Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly.
