She took care of me efficiently and quickly and we even had a conversation about how my and her son's birthdays were close to each other. Everything was top notch."

"The room was clean and smelled fresh. The concierge was really friendly and helpful. I was chosen to get an upgraded room, but unfortunately the rooms had been taken. They were really accommodating with an upgraded breakfast and package and free appetizers at a local restaurant."
