"Amazing staff. Very welcoming but also not too intrusive when checking in! Check in can be done electronically. Very classy place! Walking distance to so many places, restaurants, etc. Metro is right across the street. Loved this establishment and Will definitely be returning! "

"Front desk was very welcoming and friendly! Our room was wonderful, beds were super comfortable! Able to walk to Toyota Center, Discovery Park, Convention Center and Minute Maid Park! Lots of restaurants were close by within walking distance, we Loved our stay! Valet charged $60, self park $40 "

"The room was great, the staff was kind, and overall I had a great stay for a work trip. I was here for 4 nights and I never had any problems. Downtown was under construction and there was some loud sounds coming from the equipment, I don't put that on the responsibility of the hotel, but just something to keep in mind if you stay. "

Valet personnel does not open car door for you and no one was there to help my fiance with the luggage when she checked in and since it's hot outside, I would expect the car to be running and the A/C on before I get in the car.
