But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance. Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced immediately. "

"The property is in a good location in District 1. Close to shopping centres, food areas and Main Street in City Centre. Convenient to Saigon River water bus, walking distance to many interesting and important attractions and convenient for tour pick ups. Totally recommend this property to all."
