"Ok as soon as I checked in I got a room where bathtub did not work ( my reservation was for garden tub room). Then moved to room , no tub. Moved again , no tub each time I was moved I had to get all of my own stuff and bring it to front desk. I finally (at 1030 pm) just moved back to my original room where they got tub working but only hot water. Room was never touched in 4 days. No new towels, no garbage emptied On my last day they accidentally locked me out of my room. I asked for manager never “on site”. I will never stay at Haywood park hotel again and I come to Asheville frequently oh yes and no restaurant any more only open weekends😪"

"This hotel could stand a few updates but overall I can’t complain. The hotel is located very close to the downtown area without the huge price tag of being right in downtown. I would stay here again."
