Wally the receptionist was the highlight of our visit. Missing our own pooches meant cuddles was a must. The rest of the team are great too so friendly. And the room was amazing.

Front the moment we arrived and the valet parked our car all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a welcome glass if bubbly on check in and Vanessa's was particularly helpful. Our room was clean so comfortable with everything you needed and the most amazing view so we slept with the blinds open. The roof top bar is a great place to have a beer on a warm sunny afternoon

Loved this hotel, would definitely stay here again, great location. The lobby seating area had a really nice atmosphere. Rooms were great - really modern and great shower! Hotel sent instructions out prior to arrival about parking etc which was really helpful.

Very clean and comfy hotel, excellently located near the town center.
There was no bad smell and also no strong cleaning chemicals perfume, which I both hate in hotel rooms, so this place is really clean with no need for perfumes to artificially mask stale smells, great.
Free parking an additional big plus.
Overall, highly recommend.

Such a lovely hotel in lovely Marshall! Really comfy bed and spacious suite (we stayed in the Sheriff’s suite), we wished we were staying for longer. The restaurant downstairs was also fab and had a great selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beers etc. which was great to see.

Excellent hotel in the arts district.
Philip (reception) was extremely efficient, nothing too much trouble.
Two female bar staff looking after rooftop bar very attentive.
The hotel decor breathtaking.
Had king size bedroom with a view of the river.
Hopefully we will be returning.
