"I hated that she put me in room 103 right next to the hotel side door where other guests come in and out during the night . I wasn’t able to rest well. It was more than enough room available that night on a Tuesday. I like the LG tv I was able to connect my Netflix and Apple TV . Amenities was cool.. but don’t sleep on first floor!!!!"

"First room I was assigned was not clean, it actually was a complete mess with trash everywhere and the shelf ripped off the wall. The second room was attempted to be clean but the wall next to the bed was bowing like it was going to fall inward, had drywall all over the floor and the smell of mold was very strong. I renovate houses for a living, I know mold very well and my throat was getting scratchy within 5 minutes of being in the room. The wall with the bow is completely compromised and was wet, behind that drywall I will 100% guarantee that its black and not being addressed. Even with all this I tried to make it work by propping the door open, I was only trying to sleep for a few hours before getting back on the road. It was bad, I could do it. I packed up and left, got another room further down the road in Daphne at a very nice Fairfield. I do not know how this hotel is allowed to keep their franchise rights. Its complete trash and needs torn down. Great location but maintenance is awful and clearly nothing is being addressed properly."

"Beautiful hotel - excellent bar and a fancy restaurant. Jessica at the restaurant was an excellent server. "

"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain that it was a security deposit, did not give us any info. when I went to call front desk about toilet issues, the phone is just there for show and not even plugged into wall. "
