I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints or anything negative to say! Keep up the good work Tru ill always be a return customer to a Tru somewhere in this big ole world.

I hated that she put me in room 103 right next to the hotel side door where other guests come in and out during the night . I wasn’t able to rest well. It was more than enough room available that night on a Tuesday. I like the LG tv I was able to connect my Netflix and Apple TV . Amenities was cool.. but don’t sleep on first floor!!!!

I loved the common area. It was cozy and comfortable. The space was decorated so nice for the holidays. And the staff dressed up, too. Very fun! The breakfast was perfect for my needs as was the room. I recommend!

They had me in room 103 next to the hotel side door all I kept hearing was doors opening and closing all night I couldn’t rest to be honest. And it wasn’t that packed. She could have put me another room. The front desk was in a rush so she just gave me the first thing she saw . I like the LG tv where you can link your Netflix and Apple TV but I didn’t like my room location.
