"The room we were assigned had a strong, foul odor resembling a plumbing backup or something decomposing. When we reported the issue to the front desk, we were told no other rooms were available, and our concern was dismissed without meaningful assistance.
The only staff member who made an effort to help was a security guard named Rob, who acknowledged the issue and attempted to improve the situation by providing fans and deodorizers. We appreciated his professionalism.
