"Lovely kid- friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was food was quite good. The pool is very nice and unusually warm - in a good way. One thing that was a slight problem was, in the room, it wasn’t equipped with the necessary in the kitchen area; no cutlery or bowls at all. The restaurant was excellent; breakfast good. ( there is a pancake machine!) Ideal for going to Disneyland. Hotel very busy - there was no availability to extend check out, which was unfortunate. There were some other hotel guests who were quite hostile, and spoke extremely rudely to us. We were meant to get some free drinks which we never got, but these are small imperfections. Overall, the hotel was great. I would recommend it for families going to Disneyland."

"We love staying in this hotel. So easy to get to - close to Disneyland Paris and such an easy drive in. Room is spotless and the family rooms are huge! All the staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble. Safe, convenient parking with a lift directly up to the rooms. We will definitely be returning. "

"Great location if you want to go to Disney or into Paris, as the hotel is located very close to the RER station (one stop to Disney and about minutes into Paris). Note: there was no fridge or coffee or amenities of any kind in the room. "

"Room had a strange smell. The location is remote so the bus doesn't always stop near this location, only at certain times. You'll find yourself walking up to 40 mins to get the Chessy train station with luggage."

"We went as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8 for 5 days. We had a great stay. Positives: The aqua park was fantastic with something for every age. The shop was great and had everything you could think of. Staff in check in were amazing and interacted with the children it was a great welcome and start to our break. The size of our accommodation was great along with the outside area. The onsite farm was fantastic and the animals are well looked after. Cons: We had one frying pan and one saucepan. We also only had 2 bowls. The beds are quite hard. The shower had a strong smell coming from the drain. The laundrette has only 5 washing machine and 3 tumble dryers for the size of the park this needs to be tripled. We had to ask for extra bedding as you got one pillow per person which we had to ask twice for. Overall the cons didn’t ruin our stay at all but are certainly things that could be improved on. We would definitely go back."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"Share apart of French history with this beautiful manor that's nearly been around since the French revolution, latest remodel is 1927. It's beautiful, shares as similar to royalty. It was convenient if you drive with your vehicle or rental from this manor to Disneyland Paris is approximately around 20 to 30 minutes. It was a great experience and gladly would experience all over again if I could."

"There were a lot of things that went wrong with our visit. I arrived in a taxi with another family and we received our wristbands at the gate without instructions as to which room belonged to each family, so we found out when we guessed incorrectly as the wristband provided didn't work for the respective room. Then everything about the property depended on accessing an app we couldn't download, so we had difficulty navigating the property and making reservations. We tried to make reservations at a restaurant for dinner at 7pm and were told to return at 7pm, when we did there was no availability till 8pm. We enjoyed the water park and there was a lot we probably didn't explore, but because we didn't have access to the app, it was difficult to take advantage of everything offered. At the price we paid, we found the experience disappointing."
