"This is a lovely little oasis with spacious, well-lit, clean rooms. The restaurant serves tasty home made food and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. My partner was feeling sick when we checked in so the staff took extra care of us - liaised with our driver to coordinate a change in our plans and even gave us some electrolytes to make sure he stays hydrated. The location is a bit of a walk from the main street with other restaurants ans shops but if you're happy to eat at the property (the food is diverse and good quality) or have a driver to take you around, that won't be a problem. The slightly tucked away street means the stars are more easily visible at night, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend staying here!"

"First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up . It was not done . Biggest problem - the staff is not trained in handling if any medical issues arose . Not knowing what to do , they get fearful and just avoid handling it . This is an administration issue . I think if the staff is trained well they would follow better . Also , one would expect someone to be in charge and be at the reception area at night - not a soul present . Not acceptable . It’s a shame that I had to write this because the hotel of this stature and being quite expensive should not have any of the above issues . It’s the owner who is and should be responsible ."

"Amazing property, probably the best in the area Mr Joydip is absolutely fantastic, he talked with the base commander at siachen who then proceeded to offer us lunch with the army guys and talked to us about siachen, a very unique and honourable experience The rooms are extremely luxury, the food amazing and the hospitality top notch Absolutely worth it Please do try this place out, you’ll definitely be amazed"
