"The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even a knock….. Not a great first time at this property!!! Front desk apologized and gave us breakfast buffet coupons for both rooms…..mehhhhhhhhhh…"

"We stayed to be close to the airport before leaving on a week long vacation. Were able to pay to leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel for the week and rode a shuttle to the airport. This was the way to go! Walked to the mall the night before our flight."

"Excellent hotel. Location was primo! So convenient to shop and walk back to your room! Wonderful, unique experience at the Mall of American and the hotel. "

"Room was okay. The first room we tried, the carpet was pulling up from every corner, the bathroom light wasnt operational and was broken. Had them move us and it was a step up. Carpet was still badly torn in places, very used furniture, plug ins barely worked. The room was alright. They are remodeling which is great but noisy during the day, the workers left a giant mess throughout the hotel and didnt clean up at the end of the day. Breakfast was alright, hot breakfast was good and fresh fruit was good. Chorizo was super super greasy and not flavorful somehow. Parking is 14 bucks a day which is annoying. For the price it worked, but I wouldn't pay over $100 a night for this place."

"We were told that even though we paid for breakfast with our reservation, it was only $22 per person and therefore we would be charged for anything above $22. This after I confirmed with the host that we had breakfast included with the reservation and she instructed us that we could choose one item and a drink. They tallied up all our breakfast for 5 days and would only give $22 per person. I was informed that I was misunderstanding and mistaken, and that I didn’t understand the language or small print It was only after a lot of back and forth that I was able to take those charges off. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. You have to buy your own water as the hotel does not supply that like some hotels do. The restaurant on site is ok in terms of food choices and flavors."
