"This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). "Overall a very enjoyable experience. Well fitted out apartments in a great location with easy beach access and convenient for local supermarket, bars and restaurants. My only criticism is the with some of the listing particulars - Breakfast is not included, toiletries only extend to bars of soap, and the bar was not open due to the fact they had 'residents' and wanted to avoid noise. Apart from this misrepresentation I would happily recommend these apartments."

"The place is cheap. There were spiders all over the place. Beds were cheap, bathrooms were so tiny, I paid for 4 nights but stayed for 1 night but they didn’t refund my money. Will not recommend "

"Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. "I had a fantastic stay at Baobab Beach Resort & Spa. The location on Diani Beach is stunning, with white sand and clear water. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the all-inclusive food and drinks were excellent. The pools were clean, the rooms comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach holiday in Kenya."
