"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"Dusche funktioniert nicht, Badewanne funktioniert nicht, Fernseher funktioniert nicht, Türen lassen sich nur mit Lautstärke schließen, Stühle sind rostig und die Küchenschränke sind abgewetzt, Dusche am Pool ist sehr schmutzig, nachts ist es sehr laut, Pool ist voll Chemie das einem nach 5 min die Augen brennen, Kakerlaken im Schlafzimmer und Ameisen in der Küche, so gut wie keine Küchenutensilien und in der Abstellkammer mit dem Kühlschrank riecht es nach Tot....
