Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). After spending a full night killing roaches, I demanded to be put in another room no matter what and he moved us to the room next door… where there were also roaches. I would have left earlier if possible but flights to Diani are not that frequent but I’m so relieved to be going home after this nightmare stay.
