"The hotel was terrible. We were supposed to stay seven nights. We only lasted 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned despite our requests. It was 27.5 degrees in the room while it was 25 degrees outside. Impossible to air out the room. On top of that, this hotel had the bright idea of placing our room next to a noisy road, even though we were staying 7 nights and were entitled to a quieter room with the possibility of airing it out. "The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, it’s main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsbury’s car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable I’ve ever stayed in"

"Very convenient location not too far from the city center and next to supermarket, coffee shops and fast food. Hotel was nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served good food too! Only complaint was that the doors can bang a little too loudly if let close by themselves."

"The software amazing because there was some road closures so they made sure that we could find our way through the facilities were lovely and clean oh it's lovely to have a breakfast on the patio balcony area with the peacocks looking out to the beautiful scenery would highly recommend going"

"Had a family room, it was absolutely massive compared to other hotel family rooms. The beds were super comfortable, everything you could need was available in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. But my favourite thing had to be the view, it was breathtaking."
