"The place cute. The A/C was great, the showers had great water pressure. The reason I gave it a lower rating is because they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper a day which was a very small roll. The bed was rock hard! If you don’t mind sleeping in a hard bed then I would say this is ok, but it was so hard I woke up with my hips and back hurting. Other than that the place is walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. "

"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai over Chinese New Year, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel arranged a seamless airport pickup, which was a great start to our trip. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in booking a couple of excellent tours around the area. The buffet breakfast every morning was a highlight; delicious variety and great quality to fuel our days. I really enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the relaxing pool—perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, a lot of Chiang Mai's nightlife, markets, and restaurants are just a short walk away, making it super convenient. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable spot with excellent service. We'd happily return!"
