"If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. "I liked everything about this place but the bed. It's a thin mattress on top of wood bed frame with no box spring and low to the ground. Never had an issue with a bed before but am getting older. The place was clean, safe and had a nice staff running it. I'd stay again if I were in a jam. Also they let me check in early."
