"Our stay at this hotel was fantastic!! The front desk staff were amazingly friendly, kind, and super helpful. They solved any issue we thought we had and answered every single question we had for them with patience and kindness. The room was clean and super comfortable and a parking was right out front and convenient. The included breakfast was stellar.. biscuits, eggs, gravy, pancakes, cereal and oatmeal, toast, cinnamon rolls, and anything else you might want or need for a delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lexington area."

"Everything was very good except one lady on the front desk was not friendly and we didn't get our fresh towels."

"I had to change my room keys 5 times. The 1st night the manager had to to let us in because 4 key cards never worked. One worker said its the battery in the lock another said my phone was wiping the code. They were laughing as i had to keep coming back to the front desk. blinds missing from the windows so I couldn't open the draps. The towel were awful. The bathroom was nice and clean. There were dogs barking and it sounded like someone was building a dresser above us. I will never stay there again."

"The breakfast menu was very basic. Not healthy but it was something to eat. The parking was safe and well lit. The staff was minimal but friendly. I would stay again for the budget rate."
