"Don't expect toilet paper unless you're willing to pay a massive upcharge! New boutique hotel in mint condition and great location in Maida Vale. Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had too many unusable amenities in lieu of just useful space. How anyone could cook anything in...

"Our stay was spoilt by the poor used towels in the bathroom which clearly had been overlooked and were not luxurious as one would expect in a hotel of this type"

"Good hotel with a good location to Victoria Rail Station. Hard to access whilst construction work is ongoing. Hotel bar staff were not very attentive, serving another customer first, after taking our order. Hotel is not worth £300 a night on a weekday. Is simply too big for that price point (ie. not exclusive enough). Other than that, the hotel got the job done for a one night stay. Couldn't enjoy the included breakfast as did not start until 7am, we had to be on a train at that time. Earlier start to breakfast would be nice."

"The room was clean and great location in the West End right on the Elizabeth Line. The room comfortably fits one person but was very small by US standards. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was great!! The shower had perfect pressure with two shower heads. The his hotel is located near pubs so if you are on lower levels you will hear the sounds of the street and the pubs. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for quick trips."

"I am 59 so not the typical punter for a pod hotel, perhaps (!), but I was dying to try it for one night. Slept so well - comfy bed (lower nest), lovely sheets, air con. It was a bit weird in the morning being without daylight but the showers were super powerful, hot, pristine and with shampoo and body wash provided. Hairdryers too - a bit like a posh gym. I'd probably book an upper nest next time so I don't have to crawl in on my knees but I felt really safe and comfortable here. Great value!"

"Great that we could park outside . Prices differ by couple of £ than on website. Views .....roof and air con units!! Tv.....didn't work but chap came ASAP to mend. Rooms....basic , bit tired but clean. Great choice of signs to hang on door.Blackout curtains good.Fridge with ice box.Iron & board. Tea/coffee facilities, no water bottles but expensive shop in lobby. Staff....very helpful, courtesy phone call from reception not long after arrival."
