"Friendly welcome, Sue has great knowledge of the area and suggested a couple of lovely places to eat. She noticed we had brought a bottle of wine for when our child went to bed and brought us up 2 wine glasses. This hotels location is perfect, very short walk to Tram station, Pier, and sight seeing bus stop all within 2-4 min walks. We will be visiting again as there is so much to see and do in the area. "

"We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference. "
