"We as a family of 4 had a pleasant stay at Future Inns Cardiff Bay. We booked 2 rooms and they were both together. The hotel location was good, about 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Cardiff. The rooms were clean and good size for 2 adults. The staff were friendly, both in reception and the restaurant. The carpark was an added bonus because it was free. The breakfast was good which consists of hot and cold foods but can be improved with more variety. The reason for giving a 4 star and...

"Outstanding stay. Hotel less than two minute walk from station. We were on the 9th floor with amazing views and could watch the trains from the comfort of the armchair. Excellent bar area/restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable of their City. Shout-out to our waiter, Liam, who gave us very good recommendations when we visited the bay area."

"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged.
