"This hotel is perfectly situated to explore the center of Orizaba and the river walk. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. The room was large with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The secure parking meant we could leave things in our car that we otherwise would have had to bring to the room. The room was not equipped with a fridge, safe, or microwave."

It's not necessary to use the car to get to the club or to the two shopping centers near the hotel. The hotel provides transportation to the first one, and you can walk to the second ones."
