"The hotel is less than a five minute walk from the trains, which I promise you is critical as we saw many struggling through the streets with their suitcases. Our check in experience was fantastic and the staff are very kind, with helpful recommendations. They have luggage storage on site which provides a great piece of mind. "We liked that it was close to the train to get to Venice. Property was in a nice neighborhood, restaurants inside the hotel was handy as well As the only place in the neighborhood to eat. Staff was helpful. We didn’t like that we didnt have access to the AC and it was hot, there was a fire occurring close by, so it was hard to keep the one window open. There was some confusion on the shuttle, instead of shuttle there was a bus but was not informed until the last minute."

"My room had a bad sewage smell. But the hotel were amazing enough to put us into a new room. The breakfast is amazing, it is a 4 star hotel, so any room you purchase, you will definitely get breakfast for free."
