What an absolute treat. The little ones loved the play areas, swimming pool and friendly staff. The knights suite we stayed in was a real adventure

A warm welcome and quick check in were well recieved after our journey from Normandy. Basic, clean and comfortable room. Free wifi. Easy short drive to Disney. Great value continental breakfast with lots of choice. Discount for the restaurants next to hotel. Requested a late check out at no extra charge. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Secure private parking. Could not fault this hotel for the price it charges. Very happy.

We had a perfect stay at this apparthotel during our visit to Disneyland. Highly recomendable

Clean and comfortable hotel within easy reach of Torcy RER A line, buses, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly. Our family of four travelled on Seine et Marne bus number 19 from CDG airport for the cost of a 1 carnet per person, rather than having to go via central Paris. Bus terminated outside Torcy RER. We would stay in this hotel again.

Great location and helpful, friendly staff!

Perfect Family Base for visit to Disneyland Paris & Central Paris. Train 250yds away. Great restaurant food.

We got a little lost getting to the hotel, instead of walking a few minutes down the road, we walked a big 20 minute circle but once we realised the way we were truly impressed with the location. Just two stops away on the train to Disneyland, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to be close enough to the parks without a car, but not pay ridiculous prices.

Calm atmosphere, phenomenal staffs all the way. Very helpful and friendly. All always smiling. Well trained staffs too. Hotel close to mall and Disneyland Paris. Close to train station that would take to Disneyland or Eiffel Tower. Delicious food all round. Cleaners always around to keep room clean and change towels. None reluctant to do anything yur! I had a wonderful time yur! Would consider going back there by God's grace though! Thumb up yur! Thanks to all the staffs I came in contact with...

Très bien

Very nice hotel with friendly staff

Staff were good.

An excellent stay, the room was perfect for a few days visit. Had everything I needed, bed was super comfy and pillows lovely. Only one slight issue was the walls and ceiling are quite thin, my upstairs neighbours were very loud at 1am and 3am which woke me up as they were crashing and banging around. Breakfast was great, the hotel has undergone a recent renovation and it is lovely. It’s graded 3* but it is far nicer than lots of 4* hotels I have stayed in around the world. Staff were so...

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small, but the location is great.

A beautiful property with attentive and welcoming staff. Food and drink was also excellent.

We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay. It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.
