"The room was so hot and uncomfortable. The first night after we had turned the air conditioning on we went down for dinner to let it cool off but when we got back, it was still just as hot. I called the desk and told them and he said that is just how it is. So the next day we were supposed to fly home but plane got rescheduled so I asked the girl at the desk if the rooms are supposed to be hot and she "

"Nice property. No shuttle as posted on website. Only a bus for Euro only or an Uber that the hotel orders so your u can get their discount. "

"Amazing, clean , quiet, easy access to all terminals via free shuttle train, just 6 min walk from PR parking station. The shuttle has 5 stations only ,, terminal 2 to parking px to terminal 3 to parking pr to terminal 1. It’s run from 4 AM to 1 AM every 4 min. "

"Looks just like the photos. Very nice decor and the staff are all friendly. The front is stocked well with a nice selection of food and drinks to purchase and a microwave to reheat or cook food. Costs about $35 one way to take an Uber into central Paris downtown, which is cheaper than the train. The room has a mini fridge to keep food or drink cold too. Centrally located near the airport. Would definitely recommend. "

"Very depressing, shabby dingy, dirty and worn down hotel. The staff were fairly pleasant but one was downright rude in the pool area and I am pretty sure I dropped my shawl in the area which she claims she did not find. Hard to prove but pretty certain she found it and kept it for herself as I am 100 PERCENT sure I had it when I walked into the area but it was gone when I left. Bathroom in my unit smelled like cigarette smoke, faucet was broken in bathtub, unpleasant lighting. Shower in spa area was completely broken and hot tub and sauna were not even remotely hot and they charged for entry into the spa area and breakfast which was advertised through expedia as complimentary. Horrible property in desperate need of upgrades. And they charge for hotel shuttle which isn't in service between 11am and 3pm. AWFUL hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

"It was frustrating to get to, but once we did; It was a MAJOR benefit to be in the airport where your flight leaves from."
