Petrona, Abigal, Ms.Kay, Irene at the beach restaurant and cook Alex were attentive, and made us feel at home. Employees at the beach were very helpful. Nathanial was amazing and very polite. They made our first trip to West Bay Club unforgettable we are booking our trip again at West Bay Club."

"We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix. Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us. The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can't wait to return."
