Blue Heaven, by contrast, is a much more luxurious hotel, although the beaches are simply incomparable—Alexandra’s beach is far superior. As for customer service, it wasn't particularly good for such an expensive hotel; it felt as though the staff had no desire to work. We did, however, receive excellent service at the Fire and Ice restaurant, as well as at the bar located right next to it."
