The Oasis at Grace Bay

"My stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm, hospitable, and very accommodating. I was first greeted by Diana, who pronounced my French name flawlessly and offered me a refreshing rum punch upon my arrival. She even helped arrange a room change for me because I wasnโt thrilled with the logistics of my first room. Everything about your stay at this hotel is well coordinated, from the digital PIN used in place of a key card to the beach shuttles, towels, chairs, and umbrellas. They will even arrange transportation for you around the island and back to the airport. I had a fabulous time there and only wish my stay had been a bit longer!"

"Hotel was nice as expected with good restaurants at the site. Few other food places and grocery store is near by as well. Great beach - the best that we have experienced in our 60 years of life time along with the good hotel. Food at the property restaurants was good but BLT tops all. Service can get better but not bad once we ask . I was expecting that someone comes and ask if we need food or drink while sitting at the beach chair or at the pool side rather we reach out to them for the service. On site Ritual Coffee Culture was our go to place for daily protein smoothie, coffee and breakfast."

"We enjoyed the more quiet feel of Grace Bay Beach East, the trip highlight! Older resort, each unit is independently owned, functions similar to a resort. There is no room service. Booked a standard room (upper floors only), ours was on 3rd floor, but there is no lift/elevator. The man that took us to our building via golf cart was older so we helped him our luggage. The kitchenette was in the small entry hallway and had a full sized garbage bin in the way, we placed it outside the door. Full size refrigerator with ice maker. No blackout shades on the sliding glass doors. Tiny balcony, you would have to remove a chair and table to get in it, so the only use was to dry our bathing suits. The bathroom was nice and clean, however the toilet seat was cracked. Called front desk and they mobilized engineering. Upon returning from the beach, the toilet was completely off. I rang front desk to inform them (I am in the hotel industry and understand operations, and suspected there was loss in translation from FD to engineering), she responded โyes we appreciate the information as long as it is conciseโ. In the end we got our bathroom back. Food at the restaurant by the beach was very nice and service was adequate. There is a filtered water station in the lobby. Resort offers free shuttle to their Grace Bay west resort, then it is a 10 min walk to the tourist downtown. At checkout Mgr asked about my stay, apologies issued. We will try another place next time to Provo."

"We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated how family-friendly everything felt and how easy it was to relax and enjoy our time here. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to other travelers and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit such a pleasant one!"

"Itโs was pretty good super clean the host was very fast responding when we needed something. It is pretty far from grace bay and main thing but just rent a car and youโll be fine AC works fine it not the coldest but it get cold enough where you donโt feel the heat. They do provide chairs and an umbrella and cooler which were so helpful we were able to use them and that was the best part. The only complaint was when we turned the vent from the bathroom it did have a smell. Maybe change the bathroom trash to a lid might help but over all great place I recommend and it affordable."
