"We would not stay here again. Half the staff is rude and unhappy. Gave us a hard time about stocking the fridge. Refused to stock in one day. Didn’t leave coffee 2 out of 4 days. Overall not happy with the hotel at all"

"Overall a nice trip, some of the small touches like fresh cut coconut to drink at the beach, jerk chicken bbq served at the beach. Service overall was good but just felt the service level never felt exceptional other than Zahire the server who always went above and beyond with a genuine care to elevate our experience. The area of the hotel that truly is an opportunity is the very indifferent front desk. When your flight is canceled and you need to extend your stay even if you don’t have the availability show some empathy and try and help the guest and not just tell me you don’t have availability. Nonetheless a nice visit but would consider another brand in the future. "

"All amenities were good laudry service available picked up washing in the morning all returned in the evening. "

"It was clean. No greeters to take our luggage 2 females had to carry up the stairs. We asked for extra towels they said no house keepers to bring towels. We asked for extra blankets saud the same and asked me to go downstairs to grab them . Overall location is great ."

The staff were very friendly and helpful The food varied from good to fair Soups and appetizers were usually good Some entrees like the lobster, grouper and oxtails were very good The steak was below average for a porterhouse steak The breakfast staff could have done a much better job bringing coffee and general service The cafe with ice cream was very good The desserts were fair overall "
