"The hotel is clean, very nice and very convenient. Breakfast has some issues. Buffet breakfast at a restaurant in same parking lot as hotel. With conditions 1) only 2 adults (even if you booked room for 4 with kids) 2) you pay for drinks and tip 3) only between 8 and 930 (which will not works if you have a early morning plan like going to cades cove or dollywood)"
