Hospitality by the staff Renuka, Vivek, and Ragini was very good.

Superb location and a very tranquil setting. All staff were very helpful and courteous. The room had an amazing view and overlooking the river. Could not have asked for more.

Staff was professional, property was well maintained. Triveni Ghat is around 20-25 min away and not 8 min as mentioned here. Rest everything was fine.

This was a wonderful stay. The men working at reception were so kind to me and made sure I was comfortable and that a taxi was arranged for me.

Very well-maintained heritage property at Kanatal. Nice rooms, I had an open terrace with a seating area that was my work station. The only issue was WiFi was not accessible in the rooms properly. These small improvements can make this property even better.

Comfortable stay , cleans rooms and all the staff were very helpful and supportive. The view from the hostel was mesmerising. I would recommend to the people to come and stay in the namaste hostel Rishikesh. Hope to be back soon again

Room, view, restaurant everything was great. Staff was very helpful. The only problem was that the lift was not ready and there were like 3 floors you had to go up and down. Kids room was great. Enough to be keep kids busy. Few things in other common area like foosball table was not working, rest table tennis, pool, carrom, ludo, those were fine. The roof top.view was great with enough space for everyone to sit. You can enjoy a nice sunset from there. Also, a maggi point with in few metres

This heritage property has been beautifully restored. The higher end rooms are beautifully done. The last category rooms may need refurbishment in the near future. There is a completely new wing with large rooms that can easily fit 3 people. Housekeeping may need a little more attention. Overall such a beautiful property. The staff are wonderful and Yamini found time for us and it was a pleasure to walk around the property with her.

Great property to stay to disconnect from city life and have a relaxing stay. Staff was helpful and the food was excellent. Property upkeep could have been better. Access road is a little tricky but the location is perfect for those looking to stay in natural surroundings.

The property is good and clean, It has very good dining experience and bakery. Only issue is with the location as it gets dirty and smelly outside the hotel.

I visited with my family with 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Though property is not on mall road, it is self contained - be it valley views or Mussorie view or lot of games for your family and kids to enjoy or the heated pool. Highly recommended.
