Just a short trip (10 mins) from Koh Samui airport. Taxi cost is about 500 TBH. Very new hotel and very very warm service. Everyone greeted us with respect and a broad smile and very welcoming too. The staff were very helpful and very pro-active to our needs. The hotel has very amazing views in the morning and has 3 pools. Kids loved in the pool and 1 pool is veen fresh water with no chlorine impacting the eyes. Evenings at the pool they have a projector where movies are shown is a realy nice...

Some construction ongoing which we would have appreciated being informed about, however the staff more than made up for this with their excellent and very professional service. The facilities are excellent, spa is fantastic and the location is brilliant. Special mention to the staff at the level who could never do enough for us and somehow remembered our names on each visit. Can’t wait to return! Paul and Brendan

Our stay at the Holiday Inn surpassed all expectations. The hotel is lovely, and I would recommend booking a playground or pool view room as some of the other rooms overlook the car park, and these other ones are much nicer and quieter. We finally got our kids (who usually refuse any kids clubs) to actually ask to go into the kids club multiple times. It's excellent and the staff in there are great with the kids. I booked a superior bungalow which was a nice size and about a 3 min walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. The beach view from the restaurant is amazing and I enjoyed all my meals I had while there, it has a good range of both Thai and Western food. The breakfast buffet was basic but good with an egg station. The resort is next to the Lomprayah Ferry Pier and has a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would recommend staying at Coco Palm and will definitely stay there...

This was our 2nd trip to Koh Tao. The last time we visited the island we were backpacking so this time we really wanted to splash out on a nicer hotel. We noticed this hotel last time we visited the island and it looked like a really nice place to stay. Typically Thai experience that is fast disappearing. Great food, Fantastic views and lovely people. If you are a nature lover and a dog lover this is a must visit place. You are surrounded by beautiful artwork and lovingly cultivated gardens in a wonderfully calming atmosphere. Your heart and mind will be healed by this place... Whilst not a 5 star hotel (as it’s advertised) this property is incredible and very good value for the price. The beach outside is the best we’ve ever seen and the room design is perfect for families. We absolutely loved our stay here although the food/drinks are at a 3-star level. Just eat outside the hotel- amazing restaurants on the beach!
