Very well appointed rooms and very clean ,Charlie keeps the room in as good a condition as he would his own home and the maid not only does an excellent job of the rooms but also the outside area as well. The location was charming and had personality. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Then there was the breakfast which was included with our stay and I can happily say it’s the best breakfast I’ve had so far in Thailand.

Staff were very friendly. A lot to do in the common area and the pool is nice to relax in. Rooms are very clean and air conditioned.

Great little rooms set around a pool. Rooms could do with a few finishing touches but nothing that would put me off staying again. Large terrace with tables and seating. Only breakfast available but we found a great little place to eat only 800m further up the road.

Comfortable rooms, fulfilled

Great place to stay in tropical heaven and near to Khao Sok lake. Hosts were friendly and hospitable, house was extremely clean, with nets on windows and good working airconditioner Highlight is the food. Plentiful breakfast with different options changing by day Also do not miss lunch/dinner here - it was best food we had during week in Thailand! You can also join group day tour to the lake for 1500 thb and you can arrange it for next day when arriving in the evening

This was an acceptable location to stay for an overnight layover before carrying on driving up the coast of Thailand

Stayed one night stop over, no frills, clean, comfortable bed.

Lovely hotel with big clean rooms and a fab on site cafe. We chose to explore Surat Thani town for the night and really glad we did. Great stop off and the hotel was perfectly located.

A very noisy family above us, l would of thought the night staff would of sorted them out, when my partner went to speak to the night staff she was told that they paid a lot off money for their room,so basically they could do as they please. She complained again at 2am and was told that we could move to another room Not that we wanted to move that time of the morning
