"The hotel was in a great location. Very close to all the main walled city monents. The room was pretty descent as we had the duplex. The bad...i tried booking the hotel shuttle from the airport..i called and emailed several.times....no anwser..i sent a message in instagram...i got a generic reply...with no anwsers back once again....proba ly. Etywr anyway we took a cap 5 people with luggage for 10 us....also by the upstairs pool there is a bar....prices are very high....ice cream for kids was 40...

"This was a very relaxing place to stay and we were met with lots of kindness. Some exceptional staff members were Julio, Julio Cesar, Anderson, Jonathan and Ykiku, but really everyone was lovely and welcoming. It was very easy to book excursions through them (we booked the boat tour to Ballestas Island through WhatsApp). I recommend booking some services as the spa, especially if you appreciate a good massage. I did not explore outside of the resort, except for a walk along the bay through a...
