In BA? Stay at Plaza Luxor 👍👍

Everyone at this hotel was great. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk people all spoke English and did their best to make it a good stay. The breakfast gal was also very good and friendly. The cleaning ladies were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to BA.

Centrally located, affordable.

Price was very good. Staff was excellent. Rooms were adequate, but dated. Air Conditioner worked, neighborhood is a little dodge at night. Don't expect too much from the breakfasts.

Eduardo at the front desk was super. The hotel is in a great location. It was a little dated and worn in my room. Stores, dining, busses, all very close. The city is rather dirty, but the property wasn't. Very basic breakfast...coffeee, tea, breads, juice...no meat or eggs. I was only there for 2 nights, so it was fine.

It’s a very old hotel. The bathrooms were really small. Your knees hit the wall in front of you when you sat on the toilet. Breakfast only consisted of toast and coffee. Check in and out was fine.

Good location in the city center. Condition wasn't great. Non of the doors worked right. You had to kick or shoulder thrust the main door to get it to open or latch. The bathroom door had no hope of closing. Beds were so-so, but the cleaning staff would make them. There was a bag of doughnuts/pastries/bread left in a cupboard from whomever had the room before, so cleaning wasn't up to par. The desk staff were very nice and helpful and will change money right in the hotel. The bathroom wasn't great, but the shower pressure was great! For the price, I'd go somewhere else.

The front desk staff was amazing!!! They were incredibly helpful especially with booking tours that would pick up from the hotel. We went to an incredible tango show, gaucho tour, and tour of Colonia Uruguay. They even helped with booking a Broadway style show, Querido Evan, in Spanish! Such an amazing visit!!!

Ask ONE question to the front desk personnel they will be happy to reply. If you ask a second one, they are impatient. We reserved a room for 3 but amenities were available for 2. Had to ask for amenities for the 3rd person. The hairdryer didnt work, again had to ask for one. Internet was unstable. The location was good. Super small elevator that fits only 3 people. We used the cups, they were not cleaned/replaced the next day.

A recepção foi boa por parte dos funcionários, porém, a estrutura do hotel deixa a desejar, principalmente o quarto, onde o banheiro é desproporcional ao espaço do quarto, sendo muito pequeno; pia danificada, box pequeno sem manutenção sem se quer um lugar para colocar sabonete e com cortina que molhava o banheiro todo. Roupas de cama velhas e manchadas, além de encontramos cabelos comprido na cama. Móveis e pisos descascando. O café é ruim, nem se quer tinha queijo, presunto ou frutas. Apenas, café, leite, chá e pães com manteiga, requeijão, mel ou doce de leite.
