Visiting Kosice in January can be scenic but cold and this hotel has fantastic wellness & spa facilities. We spent there two nights semi-privately enjoying the steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi. On top this hotel provides massage therapy of different kinds & mud wraps. It's very relaxing. The stuff is extremely caring & helpful. To our surprise they packed snacks to supply our missed breakfast as we were leaving very early morning @ 3:45 a.m. That's a first!

Look no further one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Clean, extremely helpful, gorgeous refurbished rooms and close to just about everything. Absolute gem.

We had a pleasant stay, the room was comfy, warm and spacious. Breakfast were nice, staff polite, overall we can recommend this hotel.

Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. Great new facility in the mountains. Need transportation to get to it and get around, but great resort. Rooms are apartments and very large and spacious. Disappointed that the gym, sauna and pool were at a cost but it's minimal; would be good to just up charge and include.

Great location, great breakfast offer, wellness

No problems with this hotel, having studied maps we knew it would be a bit of a walk from the railway station but it was further than we expected, about a 25 minute walk and seems to be in an industrial area. We checked in and went straight to the restaurant before going to the room as the restaurant wasn't going to be open for much longer (shuts at 20:00). The food in the restaurant was good and as we were the only customers I can see why they may not choose to stay open late. Once in the room...
