"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. "This has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The goose down comforter was divine and the pillows were so supportive. I had the best sleep this night in almost three weeks traveling in Europe. I enjoyed a very nice dinner in house that evening and was able to walk the neighborhood the next morning to see the town. Barbara at check-in was super helpful and very nice, as I booked the hotel last minute coming from nearby Thermal baths. "
