This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. This is one of those holiday, I wish I could extend my stay further. Only one small negative, wished they used spring mattresses of mid tension.

We loved the food and the dinner was amazing. Breakfast was on another level, we knew what to expect from certain dishes from the buffet but once we tried them it was much better than anticipated… Looking forward to our next visit already.

This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. Welcoming athmospere really love it . Not 24 h recipient but easy to contact. Room is so amazing just missing sound proof. Balcony is just waw and cozy. Breakfast is just local way and tasty although it's not that big. They have limited rooms just how waw it is. Transportation in the area is was around 20 local currency which was just bit high and to the cable care cost me by taxi around 35. Will come back if I planned to the same area..

We stayed in the hotel over xmass 2014 and were amazed with a friendly service and a family like atmosphere created by the owners and hotel staff. Restaurant serves great selection of Polish dishes and there are plenty of places to eat around Zakopane and Koscielisko. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the ski lifts, however you need a car to get around. This hotel is situated in a quiet road, just of the pedestrian main street. A top quality retro style delight interior, with a en-suite shower that has impressed a hardend old English Developer! The staff are wonderful, if they can help they will and do.Excellent value hotel, sure to impress and delight, I just hope that I will be able to find a room when I want to retrn.

Hotel was lovely, staff too, the parking was excellent, swimming pool,sauna, hot tub, steam room all amazing. The only negative I could find was that the hotel was located a good 20 minutes walk from the center of Zakopane.

Good facilities and restaurant was good quality and value for money. About 15 minutes walk to the ski lift. Not much around for evening entertainment unfortunately.

We booked this pleasing hotel coming back up from Zakopane for our last night stay. Hotel modern and clean with good facilities. Used the swimming pool (which doesn't use much chlorine due to UV filter) with various water therapy jets. Room very large, it felt slightly unfinished (TV was hung on wall at a an angle, we had a kettle but no coffee. Breakfast selection was a delight with the black pudding being delightful.

We had a pleasant stay, used spa, played bowling, enjoyed nice breakfast. Views are stunning! Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices.

We were a group of 7 staying in 4 rooms bed and breakfast for 3 nights. We all rated facilities and service highly. Hotel is welcoming and professional. Ideal location for us as a group on short stay, near town centre and beautiful mountain walks.
